Moved to vala dbus properties
Port.Controller now calls dbus methods directly
	- Reduces roundtrips to one
Autodetect:
	Always in list command
	If specified port doesn't exist
	 - 1 roundtrip when port exists
	 - 3 if it doesn't or didn't last time
	 - Old method used 2 every time

Bugfix:
Bind now uses port name. Fixes desync issues.
